Jonathon B.

Jonathon B. has had a long and varied career in Human Resources and Accounting. Jonathon began their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Manager at Cingular Wireless. In 2003, they moved to T-Mobile as a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2007, they became a Marketing Manager at Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel. In 2011, they joined Lovelace Community Health Plan as a Premium Billing Specialist. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Central New Mexico Community College in various roles, including Part-Time Instructor, Accounting Supervisor, Payroll, Technical Trainer, and Human Resources Consultant. In 2019, they joined Indica Labs as Director of HR & Accounting and HR/Accounting Manager.

Jonathon B. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of New Mexico between 2009 and 2012. Jonathon then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from New Mexico Highlands University between 2013 and 2016. In December 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
