João Parra

João Parra is an experienced Operations Excellence Manager at Indie Campers since December 2023, responsible for managing the Field Operations Support Team and ensuring high-quality experiences for customers and staff. Previously, João held multiple positions at Teleperformance from September 2014 to December 2023, including Innovation Lead for Google Programs, where coordination and continuous improvement were key responsibilities. João also served as a Senior Business Quality Analyst, leading quality assurance for Google gCareAds across various markets, and gained extensive experience in quality management and training within the E-commerce sector. Prior experience includes teaching music at Câmara Municipal de Vila Real de Santo António and educational achievements in music from JB Jazz and Escola Secundária / Conservatório Regional de Vila Real de Santo António.
