The firm has invested over $700m in the past 7 years, and currently manages over $600m in total assets, commitments and co-investments, on behalf of institutional investors and private clients. Indies Capital Partners manages Indies Special Opportunities, the leading mezzanine and structured equity provider in the region, Indies Pelago Investments, the leading secondary tech fund in Southeast Asia. Harold leads the technology investments of Indies Capital Partners, which is focused on a) mezzanine and/or structured equity alternative financing, and b) secondary equity purchases of mid-to-late stage technology companies in South East Asia. For both our mezzanine and equity strategy, we target technology sector leaders at their growth phase.
