Chief Financial Officer at Indigenous Stewardship Fund

Karl Dhillon, CPA, currently serves as an Investment Working Group Member for the $100M Watershed Security Fund of BC at the Real Estate Foundation of BC since September 2023. In addition, Karl has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Indigenous Aquatic Stewardship Fund since May 2019, focusing on business and organizational development aimed at environmental protection and education for Indigenous peoples. Since July 2011, Karl has held dual roles as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development at the First Nations Fisheries Council of British Columbia, contributing to the development of this $10M not-for-profit organization. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Musqueam Indian Band, managing finances for a $35M organization. Earlier in the career, Karl worked at Oppenheimer Group as a Corporate Treasury Accountant, ICL Services as Corporate Controller, Shato Holdings Group as a Financial Analyst, and Polybottle Group Limited as a Divisional Controller, accumulating extensive expertise in financial management across various industries.
