Charles Schlegel is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in consulting and strategic implementation across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Indigo Arc, LLC, since October 2018, Charles leads database and middleware services for the 2020 United States Decennial Census, managing a team of engineers and ensuring high operational standards. Before this role, Charles held several executive positions at Xerox, including Director of Global Oracle and Customer Services Delivery, overseeing multinational solutions for Oracle platforms, and Chief Engineer at the Global Oracle Competency Center, where strategic technical solutions were architected and delivered.
