Kayla Smith

Kayla Smith began their career in 2009 as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Pennsylvania State University. In 2017, they joined INDIGO Biosciences, INC as a Scientist.

Kayla Smith began their educational career at Susquehanna University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2009. During their studies, they also participated in a program at IES Abroad in 2007. Kayla then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology from Penn State University in 2017.
