Caroline S. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2010 as a Freelance Lifestyle Journalist and Brand and Communications Consultant at Caroline Shaheed Communications. During this time, they also served as a Lead Organizer & Fundraiser for International Disaster Relief, coordinating multiple international disaster fundraisers and handling all communications and publicity.

Caroline later worked as a Content & Brand Strategist at Isobar from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Communications & Publicity Manager at TEDxToronto in 2017 and at The National Ballet of Canada in 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Content & Social Media Strategist at Booktrack from 2015 to 2016, where they developed a plan that significantly increased reach and engagement on Facebook and Twitter.

Caroline has also obtained certifications as a Certified Interior Decorator (CID) from George Brown College and as a Registered Yoga Teacher 200 YTT (HATHA) from Yoga Alliance.
