Heather Gerson

Heather Gerson has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, business intelligence, and analytics. Heather started their career at MTS Allstream in 2002, where they held positions such as Senior Manager and Director in departments like Pricing and Marketing Special Projects. In 2011, Heather joined Sears Canada as the Director of Marketing Analytics and Promotional Planning, before being promoted to Associate Vice President and later Divisional Vice President of Marketing. In 2014, they moved to Indigo and currently holds the position of Director of Business Intelligence.

Heather Gerson earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Technology and Operations Management from Carleton University between 1995 and 2000.
