Zainab Dhankot has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Zainab began their career at People Interactive in 2006 as a Web Developer, where they worked until 2008. In 2009, they joined Indigo Consulting as a Team Lead Technology and continued in that role until 2020. During their time at Indigo Consulting, they also served as a Manager – Front-End Engineering from 2018 to 2020 and as Manager of Customer Success from 2020 to present. Recently, they have been promoted to the position of Associate Director – Customer Success in July 2021. Overall, Zainab has gained expertise in customer success, front-end engineering, and technology leadership throughout their professional journey.
Zainab Dhankot attended Gamadia Girls High School (GGHS) for an unspecified period of time. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from KC College. In terms of additional certifications, Zainab obtained various certifications in subjects such as Adobe Experience Manager, project management, technical SEO, agile methodology, artificial intelligence, Excel, AWS, programming foundations, and Scrum. Zainab received the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020, and the Lifelong Learning certificate from CertiProf in December 2021.
