Sandy Sharma

Sandy Sharma is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and innovation. As the Co-Founder and Chief Digital Officer of Indigo Slate since October 2006, Sandy plays a pivotal role in driving human-centered innovation and was integral to its integration with Zensar Technologies in 2018. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Zensar Technologies since March 2022, Sandy is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of Ruptive, a pioneering Human Experience Innovation platform. Additional leadership roles include Co-Founder and Managing Partner at 9Mile Labs, and membership in the Alliance of Angels and TiE Seattle. Sandy's earlier career includes significant positions such as VP of Strategy & Technology at International Network Services and Immedient, as well as CEO & Managing Director at SysCon Management Services. Sandy holds an MBA in Marketing & Systems from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
