Shere Andersen has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 1988, they started their career at Hallmark Cards as a Retail Merchandise Director, where they managed the social expressions product category. From 2001 to 2005, they served as the President of William Arthur, a subsidiary of Hallmark. In 2010, Shere became the CEO/President of On Demand Technologies, where they developed the company's strategic plan and expanded product lines. Shere then joined Ganix Biotechnologies, Inc. in 2011 as CEO/President and played a crucial role in developing their portfolio of products. In 2013, they worked as the President of Biotechnology Client at Lead Capital Consulting, focusing on global business development. Simultaneously, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Combat Brands, overseeing major national accounts. Since 2017, Shere has been involved in Business Development at Indigo Wild, a Kansas City-based company known for its all-natural products for the body and home.

Shere Andersen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Central Missouri, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Shere then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rockhurst University, specializing in Finance and Marketing, from 1988 to 1989.
