Anderson Chang

Anderson Chang is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and strategic transactions. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Indigo since October 2018, Anderson advises on a broad range of legal matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, while playing a pivotal role in the launch of the innovative Carbon by Indigo program. Previously, as Head of Legal for Europe, Anderson managed legal operations across multiple countries, and served as Senior Counsel at Foley Hoag LLP, where representation included public and private entities in significant business transactions. Anderson's background also includes roles in government and political campaigns, and a solid academic foundation with a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University.
