Hilary Keates is the current head of Indigo Consumer Products. Hilary has extensive experience in brand strategy, global marketing, and operations transformation. Prior to their current position, they served as Vice President of Operations Transformation at Indigo from October 2017 to April 2022. In this role, they led efforts to build operational excellence across the organization. From January 2017 to December 2017, they worked as a brand strategist at ATOMIC D, where they helped key clients develop brand strategy, digital and social media strategy, design strategy, brand positioning, unique proposition, purpose, target definition, communication context strategy, and brand books. Hilary began their career in marketing at New Balance in 2009, where they eventually became the company's Global Marketing and Brand Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 85 people with 11 direct reports. Hilary's team was responsible for all global marketing activities for the New Balance brand, including PR, retail marketing, events, creative services, market research, and cause marketing. Prior to New Balance, Hilary worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Welch's from January 2002 to December 2005.

Hilary Keates has a MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BSBA in Marketing from Boston University.
