Mallika Winsor

Mallika W. possesses extensive experience in real estate strategy and portfolio management, currently serving in this capacity for Inditex in the USA and Canada since 2023. Previously, Mallika held leadership positions at Shake Shack, including Director of Real Estate Strategy & Insights and Senior Manager of Real Estate Strategy & Insights from 2019 to 2022. Prior experience includes a role at Cushman & Wakefield focused on real estate strategy and consultancy from 2015 to 2019, and co-founding Stamford Robotics, a community program promoting STEM and teamwork principles. Other professional experiences include positions at Citi and SL Green Realty Corp. Mallika holds an MBA in Finance, Leadership, and Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Real Estate from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, Mallika served as a volunteer reviewer and keynote speaker at the 2014 World Championship Closing Ceremonies.
