Pilar López Álvarez

Pilar Lopez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, sales, marketing, and operations. Currently, Pilar serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) at Microsoft, a position held since March 2015. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Operations at Microsoft Western Europe, and Country General Manager for Inditex since July 2018. Pilar has also held non-executive director positions with Ferguson plc and Telefónica Germany, as well as leadership roles at Telefonica, including Global Simplification Director for Telefonica Europe and Chief Financial Officer for O2 Czech Republic. Pilar began a career in finance with a Bachelor's degree from Comillas Pontifical University and has developed expertise in strategic planning and business development throughout two decades in the telecommunications and technology sectors.
