Shailesh Kaushik

Shailesh Kaushik currently serves as Senior Vice President at Indium since January 2025, bringing extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives within the financial services sector. Prior to this role, Shailesh held various positions at Infosys, including Senior Director, where responsibilities included fostering high-value solutions and new revenue opportunities in the Payments and Financial Services segment, and Engagement Manager, focusing on client acquisition and large deal pursuits. Shailesh's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, leading technology infrastructure for the Procurement & AP Treasury business, and a long tenure at Infosys Technologies Ltd, managing programs and growing the Oracle Practice for North America. Shailesh's educational background includes a Master's degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, alongside a graduate business education from Stanford University.
