Luciano Nastasi has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Luciano started their career as a Head Chef at Carluccios in 2008 and held the role for six years. Afterwards, they worked as a Sous Chef at Enoteca Turi for a short period. In 2014, they joined Carluccio's again, this time as a Development & Training Chef. Luciano stayed in this role until 2020 when they became the Group Executive Chef at Macellaio RC. After their stint at Macellaio RC, they became self-employed in 2022. In 2023, Luciano joined Individual Restaurants as the Regional Executive Chef and Head of Kitchen Operation for the Piccolino Brand.
From 2003 to 2008, Luciano Nastasi attended Liceo artistico but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.
