Ravi Machani

Ravi Machani began their work experience as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at Delphi Automotive from 2000 to 2004. Ravi then served as the Joint Managing Director at Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Springs Pvt. Ltd. from 2004 onwards, overseeing the manufacturing of a wide variety of springs for various industries in India. In 2010, Ravi founded IndiVillage Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a rural business process outsourcing company focused on providing education and economic opportunities to women and youth in rural India. Additionally, they became the Managing Director at Svasa Homes, where they aimed to engineer and design residential communities tailored to the unique needs of Indian families. In 2013, Ravi assumed the role of Managing Director at Machani Hospitalities, where they designed luxury boutique hotel experiences for the Indian market. In 2014, they established CORE Experience, a design studio under the Machani Group that specializes in creating customized products and experiences. Lastly, Ravi has been serving as the Managing Director at Machani Group since 2011, combining the principles of engineering, design, and business to create innovative solutions.

Ravi Machani pursued their education from 1991 to 1995 at Bangalore Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they continued their studies at Bradley University from 1996 to 1999, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, General.
