Andy Sparks

Andy Sparks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial development, sales, and community initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Development at Indivior, Sparks leads the rollout of an FDA-approved overdose reversal drug and fosters strategic partnerships to enhance public health outcomes. As the Co-Founder of Ansley's Helping Hands, Sparks contributes to the Phoenix homeless community by providing essential supplies and collaborating with local organizations. Previous positions include Physician Account Representative at SimonMed Imaging, where Sparks established partnerships with healthcare providers; Sales Trainer and Realtor at The Reyna Realty Group; and roles in sales and management at Coldwell Banker, Cord Blood Registry, Johnson & Johnson, and various IT companies. Sparks holds a degree from Texas Tech University in General Studies, with a focus on Sports Marketing and Marketing.
