Dushyanth Dokuru

Dushyanth Dokuru has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dushyanth started their career at Quotient Sciences as an Analytical Scientist II from November 2006 to October 2008. Dushyanth then joined Amgen, Inc., where they worked as an Associate Scientist in Research Operations from November 2008 to October 2011 and later as a Senior Associate in Small Molecule Process and Product Development from November 2011 to October 2014.

Afterwards, Dokuru worked at Baxter International Inc. as a Manager of Contract Manufacturing from November 2014 to November 2015. Dushyanth led various projects, including CMO due diligence and selection, as well as the launch and commercial manufacturing of a partnership program.

From November 2015 to December 2017, Dokuru worked at Shire as the Supplier Relationship & Manufacturing Lead. Dushyanth oversaw all aspects of contract manufacturing for Shire's late phase candidates and managed products worth over $1 billion in annual sales. Dushyanth also built strategic relationships with suppliers to support Shire's growth.

Currently, Dokuru is employed at Indivior, where they initially served as the Senior Manager of Contract Manufacturing from December 2017 to December 2019. Dushyanth then became the Head of Contract Manufacturing, North America from January 2020 to November 2023 and currently holds the position of Head of Integration Management Office starting from November 2023.

Dushyanth Dokuru's education history includes a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Osmania University, obtained from 2000 to 2004. Dushyanth then pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Illinois State University, completing it from 2004 to 2006. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, which they are expected to complete from 2022 to 2024.
