Rachael O. Jackson

Rachael O. Jackson, NACD.DC has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Rachael O. is currently serving as the Head of Global Finance Operations at Indivior, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, Rachael worked at Indivior PLC from January 2015 to March 2021, where they served as the Global Finance Director, Systems & Reporting. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing internal and external financial reporting, process enhancements, and audit processes. Before joining Indivior, Rachael worked at RBP as the Global Financial Controller from July 2013 to January 2015. Rachael O. also has experience working at Reckitt Benckiser, where they held various positions including Global Finance Manager, Sr. Financial Analyst, and Financial Accountant from 2008 to 2013. Rachael's earlier work experience includes serving as an Accountant at Publicis Selling Solutions from September 2005 to December 2007, and as an Office Manager at Rutgers University from 2003 to 2005.

Rachael O. Jackson, NACD.DC received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden in 2003. Rachael O. then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management and Marketing from the same institution in 2005. Rachael also holds the NACD Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors, which they obtained in 2023.
