Sara Marino has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Sara started their career in 2006 as a Library Assistant at Bedford Free Library, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they served as an Organizer at Organizing for Action - PA. Sara then worked as a Voting and Public Policy Intern at Committee of Seventy in 2013. Later in 2013, they became a Finance Intern at Allyson Schwartz for Pennsylvania. In 2014, they worked as a Regional Field Director at Kentucky Democratic Party. In 2015, they held the role of Junior Associate at M Public Affairs. In the same year, they also worked as an Organizer at Hillary for America and a Regional Organizing Director. Sara joined North Carolina Democratic Party in 2016 as a Deputy Organizing Director. Finally, they currently hold the role of Director of Network Support at Indivisible Project, starting in 2022, and previously served as an Associate Organizing Director from 2017 until 2021.

Sara Marino attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2014. Sara earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hispanic Studies and Classics during this time.
