Hasan Imer

Turkish citizen, 67 years old. He has been a Director of the Company since June 10, 2008. He obtained his Bachelor of Science majoring in Technical from Yildiz Technical University. Previously, he served as Project and Investment Manager at Turkey's Akpansas's Qanakkale Plant and Asia Region Coordinator of HeidelbergCement Technology Center. Presently, he is also a Director of PT Pama Indo Mining (the Company’s Subsidiary). He has affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Controlling Shareholders.
