Oey Marcos

Indonesian citizen, 48 years old. He has been a Director of the Company since June 4, 2018. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting from Trisakti University, Master of Management in Strategic Business from the Prasetia Mulya Institute of Business and Management. Previously, he served as an External Auditor of Public Accounting Firm Prasetio, Utomo & Co. (Member of Arthur Andersen), General Manager of Finance & Accounting of Sugar Group Companies, Plant Controller of Indocement, and Assistant to President Director and Corporate Public & Internal Affairs Division Manager. Presently, he is also serving in several of the Company's Subsidiaries. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Controlling Shareholders.
