Josef Utamin

Mr. Josef Utamin, born in 1947, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Director of the Company in December 1997 based on Notarial Deed No. 9 dated 6 November 1997 which was made by Benny Kristianto, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He joined lndomobil Group in 1982. He currently also serves as either Commissioner or Director in various companies within the lndomobil Group. Previously, he worked at the Indonesian distributor of Mercedes Benz vehicles. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Atmajaya University, Jakarta, in 1975.
