Ni Wayan Yadnya Wati

Ni Wayan Yadnya Wati serves as the Head of Human Capital at the Indonesia Stock Exchange since December 2005, leading various functions including Organization Development, People Development, and Human Capital Operations. Previously, Ni Wayan held roles such as Head of Organizational Development and Head of People Development Unit, focusing on organization design, recruitment, and staffing. Before joining the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Ni Wayan worked as a Training Officer at PT Gramedia Majalah, where responsibilities included conducting training needs analysis and developing in-house training programs. Ni Wayan holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran, alongside training from Erickson Coaching International.
