Ari Awan

Ari Awan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director & COO at LG Sinar Mas since August 2024, Ari is also the Managing Partner at Hyperjump, focusing on engineering excellence and open-source tools for modern DevOps practices. As the Vice Chair of the Permanent Committee for Entrepreneurship - Technology Training at KADIN since September 2021, Ari contributes to entrepreneurship initiatives in Indonesia. Previously held roles include CEO and Deputy CEO/Chief Product & Engineering at 1ENGAGE, Chief Technology Officer at Cashbac, and significant leadership positions in fintech companies, including DMG and Dimo Pay Indonesia. Holding a Master’s Degree in Precision Engineering from The University of Tokyo, Ari has a strong educational background that supports a career dedicated to innovation and technical excellence.
