Lucia Yuriko

Lucia Yuriko has a diverse range of work experience. Lucia currently works as a Learning Consultant (Project Manager) at Daya Dimensi Indonesia, where they strategize, implements, and maintains initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Their projects involve training, assessment, and organizational transformation.

Prior to this, Lucia held the role of ESG & CSR Program Manager at CROWDE, where they oversaw and coordinated various impact and sustainability projects focused on women empowerment, disability inclusion, and agri-technology. Lucia was also a Project Manager at CROWDE, managing an impact grant and funding project that aimed to empower women through training, business incubation, financial access, and community development.

Lucia has also worked as a Product Head at AIESEC in Indonesia, leading product operations for a talent sourcing solution that brought international perspectives to growing corporations. Lucia was responsible for finding and nurturing the best-fit Indonesian talents and facilitating their internships and voluntary projects abroad.

Additionally, Lucia has experience as a Content Writer & Program Coordinator at the Center for Southeast Asian Social Studies UGM, where they maintained social media and website platforms and organized upcoming programs. Lucia also worked as a Contributor Online Journalist at Kedaulatan Rakyat and as a Student Journalist for the Rubrik Kaca column. Furthermore, Lucia interned at the Embassy of The Republic of Indonesia in Hanoi, where they assisted with diplomatic matters, created reports, managed communications, and organized projects to promote Indonesian culture and tourism.

Earlier in their career, Lucia worked as a Content Writer at Cozer ID, producing writing content for social media, websites, and mobile apps. Lucia also had a brief stint as a News Anchor at RBTV and worked as a Student Writer for HAI Magazine's My School Page section.

Lucia Yuriko has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In September 2021, Lucia completed the "Foundations of Project Management" course on Coursera. In May 2022, they acquired the certification for "How to Understand and Take Action on the Global Goals" from the United Nations Global Compact. Continuing their professional development, Lucia obtained the "Targeted Selection Interview" certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in March 2023. Lucia further enhanced their skills with the completion of the "Project Management Foundations: Risk" course on LinkedIn in April 2023. In May 2023, Lucia acquired the certification for "Business Analysis for Project Managers" also from LinkedIn.
