Lysta Lestari, PCC

Lysta Lestari, PCC has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lysta is currently working as the Program Director at Samahita Lastari since January 2021. Prior to this, they had a role as an Associates Coach and Workshop Facilitator, as well as an Associates Senior consultant at Daya Dimensi Indonesia from January 2017 to February 2020. Lysta also worked as an Associate Consultant, Executive Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator at The Works Partnership starting from June 2014. From March 2020 to January 2021, they were self-employed. Lysta was also a Shareholder and Director at Asiaworks Indonesia from April 2010 to July 2014, and before that, they served as the Enrollment Manager at Asiaworks Indonesia from February 2000 to February 2010.

Lysta Lestari, PCC has a diverse educational background in organizational leadership, coaching, cultural transformation tools, and human resources management and services.

In 2018-2019, Lysta attended Corporate Evolution and obtained a certification in Leadership Training, with a focus on Organizational Leadership.

In 2010, Lysta completed a certification course at The Coach Partnership, becoming a Certified Coach with a specialization in Coaching.

In 2019, Lysta enrolled at Barret Value Center to obtain a certification in Cultural Transformation Tools.

Lysta's education at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia began in 2014 and continues to the present. Lysta's field of study at the university is in Human Resources Management and Services.

In addition to these formal educational experiences, Lysta has obtained several additional certifications. In 2019, Lysta completed the Evolutionary Coaching program at Barrett Values Centre and the FTV Team program at Corporate Evolution Pty Ltd. In 2018, Lysta obtained the Facilitator of Transformation: FTV Self certification from Corporate Evolution Pty Ltd. In earlier years, Lysta obtained certifications such as Newfield Certified Coach, Level 1 TRE (Tension Release Exercise), Basic Somatic, and Newfield Coaching Certification.

Most recently, in June 2020, Lysta achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
