Patricia Mangunsong, S.Psi, M.Psi, Psikolog has a diverse and extensive work experience. Patricia started their career in 2003 as a Psychologist at Lembaga Uji Kompetensi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia. In 2004, they joined Daya Dimensi Indonesia as a Junior Consultant in the Assessment Center Division, where they worked until 2006.

In 2006, Patricia joined PT. Nelson Buchanan Oostergaard Indonesia as an Associate Consultant, and the following year, they became an Associate Consultant at Saville Holdsworth Limited Partner. Patricia'srole at Saville Holdsworth lasted until 2008.

Returning to Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 2008, Patricia held various positions throughout their tenure with the company. Patricia started as a Project Administrator and Senior Consultant in the Talent Acquisition Group, then moved on to become the Team Leader and Senior Consultant in the Talent & Leadership Performance Group. Currently, they serve as the Team Leader and Senior Consultant in the Leadership Assessment Group, a position they have held since April 2015.

Patricia Mangunsong, S.Psi, M.Psi, Psikolog has a comprehensive education history. Patricia completed their Bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Indonesia from 1995 to 2001. Prior to that, they briefly studied English literature from 1994 to 1995 at the same university. Patricia then pursued their Master's degree in clinical psychology at the University of Indonesia from 2001 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Patricia has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and qualifications. Patricia earned an Assessment Center Certification from Pinsight in February 2021. In December 2015, they received a Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Patricia also obtained the Assessor of the Assessment Center certification from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in an unspecified year.

Furthermore, Patricia has undergone various workshops and training programs to broaden their expertise.
