R. Brahma Aditya

R. Brahma Aditya has diverse work experience in fields such as consulting, training, research, lecturing, and human resources. At Daya Dimensi Indonesia, they worked as a Consultant and Researcher, managing projects for assessment centers, conducting research on leadership and competencies, and creating online assessments for multi-million companies. As a Consultant and Trainer at ECC UGM, they provided training for vocational schools and university students, conducted consultations for job seekers, and offered online career guidance. As an Assistant Lecturer at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), they managed, designed, and organized classes on Cognitive Psychology for the International Undergraduate Program. R. Brahma also gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Laboratory of Mind, Brain, and Behavior at UGM. Additionally, they had internships at Nutrifood in Organizational Development and worked as an Assistant Manager in Property Entrepreneur. Further, they served as a Lecturer Assistant at UGM in multiple periods. Overall, R. R. Brahma Aditya obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the same university from 2012 to 2016. Their high school education took place at SMA Negeri 1 Surabaya from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on the field of Social studies.

Alongside their formal education, R. Brahma Aditya also obtained additional certifications. In December 2019, they completed the Dimension Analysis Workshop (DAWs) offered by DDI | Development Dimensions International. R. Brahma also acquired certification in Targeted Selection Interview from the same institution in November 2019.
