Marketing Communication at Daya Dimensi Indonesia

Rianti Dwiastuti has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rianti started their career as an Editorial Intern at CLARA Magazine in 2014, where they supported the editorial team by writing articles and attending press junkets. Rianti then moved on to become an Online Reporter for clara-indonesia.com, writing articles about fashion, beauty, food, and travel.

In 2016, Rianti took on the role of Feature Reporter at CLARA Magazine, producing content for the Food, Travel, Art, Interior/Architecture, and Living sections. Rianti attended press junkets, art exhibition openings, and food tastings, and organized cooking session photo shoots.

From 2017 to 2017, Rianti worked as a Feature Editor at CLARA Magazine, further strengthening their skills in writing and content creation. Rianti focused on fashion, beauty, features, food, travel, art, interior/architecture, and living sections of the magazine. During this time, CLARA became the first magazine to be distributed in 1.

In 2019, Rianti had the opportunity to work as an Event Management Intern at Indonesia Fashion Week. Their main responsibilities included assisting international designers from Myanmar during the event and serving as the Head of Events for the mini stage at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).

Later in 2019, Rianti joined DayaLima Abisatya, a leadership company offering human resource solutions, as a Digital Marketing specialist. Rianti worked closely with the company's subsidiaries, including Daya Dimensi Indonesia, Yayasan Indonesia Lebih Baik (YILB), Klob, Klobility, and Daya Qarsa. Rianti's role focused on implementing digital marketing strategies to contribute to the company's aim of building a better Indonesia through leadership and talent development.

In 2021, Rianti transitioned to Daya Dimensi Indonesia, a subsidiary of DayaLima Abisatya. In their role as Marketing Communication, they were responsible for strategizing social media accounts, copywriting, editing, and handling project-based corporate communication tasks.

Through their work experience, Rianti has developed strong skills in marketing communication, digital marketing, event management, and content creation. Rianti has demonstrated a commitment to contributing to the growth and development of organizations and building a better Indonesia.

Rianti Dwiastuti pursued their education in a progressive manner. Rianti first obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management (S. Sn., BA Hons) from Binus International in 2015. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in International Fashion Marketing from The University of Manchester, which they completed in 2018. In 2019, Rianti attended the Purwadhika Startup & Coding School to study Digital Marketing. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained various certifications, including Facilitator Certification Process from DDI | Development Dimensions International in January 2020, Targeted Selection® Interviews from the same institution in December 2019, GetCraft x Loketalks Influencer Marketing Masterclass from GetCraft in November 2019, Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in February 2022, Advanced Google Analytics from Google in July 2019, and Google Analytics for Beginners, also from Google, in July 2019.
