Karel Patipeilohy

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta on March 19, 1958 and domiciled in Jakarta.

In 1979-1990 served as Operation Manager of PT Schlumberger Geophysics Nusantara and Senior Manager of PT Ometraco Realty in 1990-1997. Year 1998-2004 serves as director of PT Inti Insan Santosa. The year 2001-2004 served as President Director of PT Marina City Development, and in 2004-2014 served as President Director of PT Senimba Bay Resort (formerly PT Marina City Development). From 2000 until now he served as commissioner of PT Sinar Harapan Persada.

First appointed as a commissioner of the company based on the deed of statement of meeting Decree No. 1 dated 1 June 2005. Then reappointed as a commissioner pursuant to the Deed of Decree of meeting decision No. 161 dated 18 July 2019. In addition to serving as the Commissioner of the company, he also serves as an administrator in several subsidiaries and affiliates of the company, namely commissioner of PT Grahatama Kreasibaru, president Commissioner of PT Kega Property Utama, and director of PT Pop Properti Indonesia.
