Tim Schaller

Tim Schaller has a diverse work experience. Tim started their career as an Apprentice Building Construction Draftsman at Bollhalder & Eberle AG / Walter Sutter Architektur AG from June 1996 to July 2000. Tim then joined EY as an Assistant Audit Insurance from October 2006 to May 2008. In 2008, they became an Asset Manager Real Estate at Züblin Immobilien Holding AG, a role they held until September 2011. From October 2011 to February 2014, Tim worked as a Senior Consultant at Wüest & Partner AG. In September 2016, they joined Swiss Prime Site as an Asset Manager Suisse Romande, a position they held until March 2021. Tim then became the Head Asset Management at Swiss Prime Site from April 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Tim is working as the Head Portfolio Management at Swiss Prime Site since January 2023.

Tim Schaller earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences - FHS St. Gallen in 2006. Later, they obtained a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate from the University of Zurich in 2012. In 2015, they completed a PPL (H) FAA - Private Pilot Rotorcraft program in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Hillsboro Aero Academy. Additionally, they earned a diploma in Building Construction Draftsman from GBS Gewerbliches Berufs- und Weiterbildungszentrum St. Gallen in 2000.
