Fira Karinsha

Fira Karinsha currently serves as Associate Vice President for SMB Platform Development and Strategy & Operations at PT. Indosat Tbk, focusing on SMB and digital transformation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Fira held the position of Associate Vice President for Strategic Partnership at CoHive and was the Product Strategy Lead at PT Indonesia Ferry Properti, where responsibilities included business development and leading the Marina Labuan Bajo project. Fira also gained experience as a Business Strategy and Development Specialist at Institut Teknologi Bandung and as an Assistant Lecturer for subsea pipeline courses. Early career roles included Senior Brand Ambassador at Uber and Ocean Engineer at bp. Fira holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Ocean Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, obtained in 2016.
