Luthfi Auzan has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategic Operations & Analytics at PT. Indosat Tbk since November 2015, where responsibilities include managing services E2E governance. Prior roles at the same company include Vice President of Fault Analytics & E2E Performance and Assistant Vice President of NPO Jabotabek, overseeing a multicultural team. Luthfi also held positions as RAN Integration Engineer at Ericsson and interned at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia and PT Huawei Tech Investment. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
