Shivraj Kavade

Shivraj Kavade currently serves as the AVP of Projects and Development at IndoSpace, overseeing the construction and development of a 65-acre Industrial Logistic Park since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shivraj held the position of Senior Manager for Construction at Ola Electric, where responsibilities included the construction of a state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery cell factory from October 2022 to September 2024. Shivraj's extensive experience with Tata Motors spanned over a decade, during which roles included Senior Manager and Construction Manager, focusing on contracts, tendering, and project execution. Additional experience includes project management roles at IL & FS Property Management, Rohan Builders, Synergy Property Management, and ETA MNE, among others. Shivraj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
