Shivraj Kavade

Shivraj Kavade is an accomplished professional in the construction and project management sector, currently serving as AVP of Projects and Development at IndoSpace since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shivraj worked at Ola Electric from October 2022 to September 2024 as Senior Manager of Construction, overseeing the execution of a lithium-ion battery cell factory. Shivraj's previous experience includes over a decade at Tata Motors, where roles included Senior Manager in Construction and Construction Manager, focusing on procurement contracts and project execution. Shivraj began the career as a Project Manager at IL & FS Property Management & Services Limited and as a Project Planning Engineer at ROHAN BUILDERS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. Shivraj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
