Sushant Deshmukh

Sushant Deshmukh has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Shri Ramdeobaba Kamla Nehru Engineering College. Sushant also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Welingkar Institute of Management. Sushant has worked as an Assistant Manager in EM Services (India) Private Limited, focusing on Capital Maintenance of TG sets and auxiliaries. Sushant then moved on to Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, where Sushant handled handover & takeover of units, snagging & de-snagging of units, and fit-out management of common areas amenities. Currently, Sushant is serving as a Senior Facilities Manager at IndoSpace, overseeing facilities management processes and budgets adherence.
