Martin Nemcic

Martin Nemcic is an experienced professional in the field of software engineering and project management, currently serving as a SAFe Scrum Master at Indra Avitech since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading multiple SAFe Scrum teams focused on IT systems for the aviation industry. Previously, Martin worked at CSOB as a Stream Leader, Scrum Master, and Project Manager, managing teams to deliver a front-end application for bank account products. With a background as an IT Business Analyst and Scrum Master at various organizations, including Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and ableneo, Martin has demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, project delivery, and stakeholder communication. Martin holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of the West of England.
