Décio Júnior

Décio Júnior has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Décio currently holds the position of Lead Solutions Architect at Minsait since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Indra for 12 years, where they held the role of Lead Solutions Architect and was responsible for evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions. Décio also served as a Software Engineering Coordinator and Java Developer at Indra, overseeing the development team, addressing complex bugs, and ensuring adherence to procedures and processes.

Before joining Indra, Décio worked as a Java Programmer at Porto Seguro from 2006 to 2008. Décio also had early experience as a Java Developer at Promon and as a Web Developer at Webra in 1999.

Décio Júnior obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management from FIAP in 2015-2016. Décio also completed a Post Graduate program in E-Commerce at PUC Minas from 2002-2004. Furthermore, they attended FAI - Centro de Ensino Superior em Gestão, Tecnologia e Educação from 1997-2000. Additionally, Décio Júnior obtained various certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2023, Big Data - Engineer and Big Data – Foundations from Semantix Brasil in 2021, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2020, TOEIC from TOEIC Program in 2018, and Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems in 2005.
