Luís Graça Rodrigues has extensive work experience in the legal field. Luís most recently served as the Regional Head of the Legal Department at Minsait, where they were responsible for managing legal policies and procedures in different jurisdictions across Europe, Lusophone Africa, and the Philippines. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Indra, where they oversaw legal departments in Italy, Central Europe, and Lusophone Africa, and at ANSR - Autoridade Nacional de Segurança Rodoviária, where they served as the Head of the Legal Department. Luís Graça Rodrigues holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, obtained between 1999 and 2004. Luís further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 2005 to 2006. In 2012, Luís achieved a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Legal Studies, General from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Additionally, they completed the legal bar exam, with distinction, at the Portuguese Bar Association. In terms of additional certifications, Luís obtained a Certificate of Professional Trainer from IEFP, although specific dates are not provided.
