Nuria Crespo Cheán

Nuria Crespo Cheán has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nuria joined Bureau Veritas Group in 2007 as a Talent Acquisition specialist. In 2008, they moved to HP and served as an HR Business Partner for ITO and Security, providing support to people managers and employees in Spain and Portugal. Nuria also held the role of HR for Enterprise Services during their time at HP. In 2015, Nuria joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an HR Business Partner and later became the HR Practices Lead for the South Cluster. Nuria was responsible for implementing various HR strategies and policies, including organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement. Since 2017, Nuria has been working at Indra, starting as the Head of HR for the AMEA Region, managing a team of HRBPs across different countries. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of HR for Air Traffic Management at Indra, leading the HR function and providing support to the executive team.

Nuria Crespo Cheán completed a Baccalauréat Européen at the European School of Brussels from 1991 to 2003. Nuria pursued a Licenciatura in Psicología Industrial at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2003 to 2008. In 2008-2009, they obtained a Postgrado en Administración de Personal en la Empresa in Recursos Humanos from the same university. Nuria then attended CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Master's degree in Práctica Relaciones Laborales. Nuria later pursued a Postgrado en Desarrollo Directivo at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2019 to 2020.
