Ksenia Sharova

Ksenia Sharova currently serves as the Senior Consumer Research Lead at inDrive, starting in October 2024, and previously worked as an external consultant for Yandex from June to September 2024. Ksenia has extensive experience in research roles, including as Research Lead at GlowByte Consulting from April 2023 to June 2024, where several projects successfully drove client indicators. Prior to that, Ksenia was the CX Director at VTB from November 2020 to December 2022, leading the implementation of over 180 functional modifications based on research findings. Ksenia's career includes significant contributions at Ipsos as Team Lead and at Synovate in various management roles. Ksenia holds a PhD in Marketing and currently pursues a Master's degree in International Innovation Management at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
