Santiago Aguilar

Santiago Aguilar is a Country Representative at inDrive since December 2022, focusing on challenging injustice and driving ride-hailing growth in Central America. Prior to this role, Santiago served as a Business Development Specialist at inDrive, leading business initiatives in the region. Santiago's experience includes a position as Digital Transformation Deputy at Novartis from June 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities encompassed promoting an agile culture through digital governance and operational consultancy. Santiago was a Partnerships Manager at AIESEC in Panama, contributing to an award-winning engagement program and launching a digital education product. As National Director of Business at AIESEC en Colombia, Santiago developed and launched a successful digital product. Earlier experience as Special Events Manager and Conferences Manager at AIESEC highlighted skills in strategic partnerships and event management. Santiago holds a Specialist degree in Digital Product Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
