Koffi Kouame

Koffi Kouame has extensive experience in international development, particularly in population and reproductive health, holding significant positions at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since April 2005, including Country Resident Representative for Madagascar and Country Director for Comoros, Mauritius, and Seychelles. In previous roles, Koffi managed substantial budgets, led teams in innovative program development, and fostered partnerships across multiple African nations while at UNFPA and the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). Koffi has a strong academic background with an Executive Master in Management of International Organizations from SDA Bocconi and advanced degrees in Demography and Economics.
