Poornima R Dharanidharan has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Currently, they are the HR Head and Administration at IndSAfri since June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Transformational Coach and NFNLP certified Trainer as a self-employed individual starting in May 2020. From March 2017 to December 2019, they worked as an HR Consultant as a freelancer. Poornima R also took a sabbatical from January 2015 to December 2016. From April 2012 to November 2014, they worked as an HR Consultant, specializing in Talent Management, Talent acquisition, and Client relationship management. Poornima R took a maternity break from January 2011 to March 2012. From September 2007 to December 2010, they worked in Talent Management - HR at CSS Corp. And from June 2005 to September 2007, they worked as an HR Coordinator at WinFashion Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Poornima R Dharanidharan obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from ICFAI University between the years 2003 and 2005. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Positive Psychology from Udemy.
