Sara Gopal

Sara Gopal, MSc, is an experienced research professional with a strong background in insights and analytics. Currently serving as Research Manager and Insights & Analytics Lead at IndSights Research since October 2022, Sara leads a team of five researchers, manages quantitative and qualitative projects, and oversees client relations and deliverables. Previous roles include Lead Analyst at the Public Service Division, where Sara guided HR teams on re-employment and flexible work policies, and Qualitative Researcher (Assistant Manager) & Project Manager at RySense, leading various public sector studies and mentoring interns. Earlier experience includes a researcher role at Roffey Park Asia Pacific and a research assistant position at the Human Capital Leadership Institute. Sara holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London and a degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Singapore Management University.
