Mark Novell

Mark Novell has extensive experience in operations management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations for UFP Construction since February 2023, Mark previously held the position of General Manager of Operations at UFP Chandler LLC since September 2018. Prior roles include General Manager of Operations at UFP Schertz LLC from March 2013 to September 2018 and General Manager of Operations at UFP Chandler LLC from January 2011 to March 2013. Mark began his career at Universal Forest Products in June 1996, progressing through various roles including Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Plant Manager until December 2011. Mark earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh between 1989 and 1995.
