Shiv Krishnan

Shiv Krishnan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic consulting and corporate leadership within the technology sector. Since October 2017, Shiv has served as the CEO of KOOLROX, LLC, focusing on investments and strategic consulting for small government technology firms. Prior to this role, Shiv held several key positions at INDUS, A Tetra Tech Company, including President and Chairman & CEO, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate growth and cultivating industry relationships from March 1993 to September 2017. Shiv was also the Chairman of SECAF from July 2008 to December 2011, emphasizing leadership and mentorship. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Vigyan, Inc., where the Washington Operations Division was established, and as Program Manager at American Management Systems, managing federal IT contracts. Academically, Shiv holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from AC College of Technology, University of Madras.
