Clay Glasheen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Clay began their career in 1981 with the US Navy and held various roles such as Commander, Officer-in-Charge, Executive Officer, Chief Staff Officer, and more. In 2001, they worked as a C4I Systems Installation Manager at SPAWARSYSCOM. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Assistant C5I Department Head on the USS BONHOMME RICHARD. Following that, they held positions such as Fleet Support Department Head and Combat Systems Officer on the USS RONALD REAGAN. In 2015, they transitioned to the civilian sector, working as a Senior Project Engineer at Quality Innovative Solutions, Inc. and later as a Senior Systems Engineer at Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. In 2016, they joined INDUS Technology, Inc. as a Program Manager, and over time, they progressed to Division Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President.
Clay Glasheen's education history includes certifications and degrees in various fields. Clay has obtained DAWIA certifications in Program Management and Life Cycle Logistics from the Defense Acquisition University. Additionally, they have completed a degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne. Clay also attended the Joint Forces Staff College, National Defense University, where they studied Joint C4I Staff and Operations. Prior to higher education, they attended Upland High School.
